Friendly staff, firm bed, ceiling fan, great location in the middle of the action, close to Principal beach, 15-minute walk to Zicatela with bars and restaurants.
Felt immediately at home, nothing to complain about.

The bed is comfortable, really! Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot...

The staff at this hotel were incredible! They offered to clean our room daily, which was a nice touch. the location was also a major plus, as it was within walking distance to a lovely street market and very close to the beach. the fact that they had a fan in the room was great for the warm weather.
The wifi was unavailable throughout our entire stay, and the staff couldn't explain why. It was quite strange considering that our phones were showing a full signal.

I had a great time staying at Casa Vieja. The location was perfect for exploring the town center and the nearby walking street market. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beach, which was amazing.
While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. The wifi in my room wasn't very strong, so I had to go down to reception for a better signal.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They offered daily room cleaning, which was a nice touch. I had the option to choose my own room, which was a great way to ensure I found a space that suited my preferences. The bed in my room was large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
The internet connection at this hotel was not the best. It was a bit slow and unreliable at times.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of the action at the beach. It was also within walking distance to a lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendliness of the receptionists, who were helpful and accommodating. Being able to choose my room was a nice touch as well.
To my stay. The internet connection was not the best, making it difficult to use in the room.

Great location in the heart of the action at Principal beach. A short walk to Zicatela with its vibrant bars and restaurants. We enjoyed being in the middle of it all.
The room needed a bit of updating, especially the faux painting which made it look dated. The noise at night was a bit loud, but earplugs helped us get a good night's sleep.

The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The price was reasonable and the room was clean enough for me. Despite a few minor issues, I would recommend this hotel.
The WiFi in the room was a bit weak, but I was able to get a strong signal in the reception area. Additionally, there were some noise disturbances at night from a nearby disco.

The receptionists at Casa Vieja were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even let me choose my own room, which I really appreciated. The bed in my room was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a charming street market just outside for some evening shopping.
While the internet connection was not perfect, it was still usable for basic browsing. Additionally, there were a few ants in the room, but as long as you didn't have food out, it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel is conveniently located near the beach where sailors dock their boats. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to a swimming beach, and there's even an evening market right outside the hotel. the staff was friendly, the bed was firm, and I appreciated the ceiling fan. It was a decent location for my one-night stay before moving into town center. the walking street market nearby was a nice touch, and being close to the beach was a bonus.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.

My recent stay at Casa Vieja was a pleasant one. We enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk to the beach and a lively evening market right outside the hotel door. The beach where sailors have their boats is nearby, and there is another beach for swimming just a 5-10 minute walk away. Despite the noise from the hallway, Casa Vieja provided a comfortable and convenient base for our short stay in Puerto Escondido.
